Over 30 Peruvian chefs from LA, San Diego, and the Inland Empire come together for one full day of food. Grilled ceviches, anticuchos, lomo saltado, ají de gallina, Peruvian chaufa, fresh juices, and the deepest pisco bar this side of Lima.
$15 entry includes tastings. Kids under 10 free. There's a children's zone with cooking workshops and a live stage with Peruvian criolla music.
